Tournament Dates: November 7th and 8th 2009

Teams: Up to two teams per division for boys and girls for U10, U12, U14, and U19 coed. U10, U12 and U14 may have an “A” and “B” team, U19 teams must be balanced if sending more than 1 team.
Cost: $325 per team. Fees must be received by
Wednesday October 28, 2009. No pay, no play! Late payment will not be allowed.
Referees: Each Region must supply a minimum of two (2) qualified referees per registered team. Qualified referees have experience and certification as centers in U10 and older divisions and must be able to cover at least 3 assignments (each) per day. We need EVERY referee, but obviously having centers is critical. Refs must register online before the teams check in, No ref’s, no play!! Referees must be REGISTERED IN ADVANCE. Referee cancellations the evening of the tournament will disqualify a team from the tournament, forfeiting all of the team's games.
Field Monitors: Each Region is asked to supply 4 - 6 hours of field monitor assistance per Region. We will schedule the Region Time Slots and the regions are then responsible for filling those spots with the teams from their respective regions.
Registration: Team and referee registration must be complete on the website by
October 24, 2009. Player lists not received by the deadline will not appear in the program.
