Refund Policy

If for some reason, your child is unable to play this season, you may receive a refund prior to August 1st.  You must send a self addressed, stamped envelope to:
PO Box 512
Carson City, NV  89702
We will process your refund and return your payment

After August 1st refunds are not available unless there is a medical reason your child can not play.  If that is the case, please send a medical note with your self addressed stamped envelope to the PO Box above.  If you have any questions regarding this issue, please feel free to contact the treasurer at treasurer@aysocarsoncity.org
